An e-mail message ca 500 words long was sent to Ass. Prof. Theodoros Varzakas (TEI of Peloponese, Department of Food Technology), in which the main project aims, the so far achieved results and the the foreseen activities are briefly presented. In addition, the Greek version of the project brochure was attached to the message.
