Description of Dissemination Event:

The \"Fascination of Plants Day\" (http://www.plantday12.eu/) was launched under the umbrella of the European Plant Science Organisation (EPSO). The goal of this activity was to get as many people as possible around the world fascinated by plants focusing the importance of plant science in agriculture, food, forestry, and non-food products such as paper, timber, chemicals, energy, and pharmaceuticals. IPB joined the initiative with activities within its campus and Bragança city. Students from all levels, scientists, farmers, industrials and general society were invited to participate. Brochures of the project were made available to participants.
