The international conference New Perspectives in Science Education took place on 14 and 15 March 2013 in Florence. The topics were:  Studies on science education  Training of science teachers  Science teaching methods  New technologies for science teaching  Enhancing students’ motivation  Science Education Resources and Activities  Science education projects and initiatives  Science communication  Science education and disabled people.

Target group:

Over 150 registered participants from 35 countries from Europe, Middle East, Asia and USA took part at this event.

It aimed to promote transnational cooperation and innovation in science education, opportunity to present results of the projects in science field, share good practice and find partners for new projects and collaboration.
