Message: The paper focuses on new proposals from polish publishing market for teaching chemistry. The evaluation was very important because of new program foundations on secondary level of learning which had been established before. However, the publication is relevant (in the context of Chemistry is all around network project) because of other reasons - it contains many well justified considerations about general problems in topic of teaching chemistry, which are valuable for similar evaluations in future.

Following features are evaluated: redaction, visual attractiveness and a content. Then the autor focuses on advantages and disadvantages of specific books. He draws a special attention to the risk of misunderstanding a nature of chemical reactions because of uniform method of presentation (by pictorial projections of molecules). With the review of the next proposal, the author conclude that simple (not \"baroque\") forms of redaction and presentation promote clarity of knowledge transfer and can be treated as an advantage. The author emphasizes that we can found in the books many examples of a heterogeneous nomenclature. With one book, he doubts the sense of introducing such a difficult material on this level of learning. The great advantages of two proposals are extensive empirical parts and/or extensive sets of exercises.

National Reports on successful experiences to promote lifelong learning for chemistry The national reports on chemistry successful experiences to promote lifelong learning for chemistry are now available on the related section of the project portal. The reports presents examples of successful experiences in the partner countries and the results of testing of ICT resources with science teachers.
